The Perigord Gourmet version features a thermostatically controlled stainless steel oven and radiant grill burner. Made in France by ENO these ovens are installed in many European built sailing catamaran and power vessels. Combine with an ENO 2 or 3 burner hob for a complete onbord cooking solution.
