It is a durable, medium sized, compact BBQ that offers a 2205 duplex grade stainless steel flat cooking plate: creating a teppanyaki style of cooking. This BBQ offers the same great fabricated stainless component of the Classic Gas Portable BBQ but is powered by a 240v, 2400W electric element instead of gas. It features electronic simmerstat control, functional and easy to clean fat drainage system and is ideal for cooking for around 6-8 people with a range of interchangeable accessories to suit any lifestyle. Perfect for the boat, camping or outdoors the thermostat heat control allows you to easily control cooking between low and high temperatures. It offers a great heat range, and the BBQ plate will remain hot when cooking at high temperatures. This BBQ is fabricated from high quality 316 marine grade stainless steel and is entirely electropolished after fabrication, enhancing its appearance, durability, and longevity.
