Presta Marine Gel Coat Compound – Cuts Quickly To Remove Medium and Heavy Sand Scratches and Oxidation.
Designed to remove P1000 and Finer Sand Scratches on Gel Coat Surfaces in Marine and Industrial Surfaces.
Produces a Deep, High-Gloss Finish
Water Based Formula for Quick and Easy Cleanup
Contains No Fillers, Waxes or Silicones
DIRECTIONS:
1. Shake well before using. Do not apply in sunlight or on warm surfaces.
2. Apply a 50mm (2 inch) dab of Gel Coat Compound for a 0.6m x 0.6m (2 foot x 2 foot) section and spread with the cutting pad.
3. Buff at a speed between 1600 to 2200 rpm. (Recommended speed is 2200 rpm.)
4. Work the buffer side to side slowly in a figure eight pattern as you slowly buff the gel coat surface until most of the product is gone and gloss appears. Add more Gel Coat Compound and repeat if necessary to remove deep scratches. Remove compound splatter as soon as possible with a soft, damp cloth like Presta Micro Fiber Cloth.
