Marine Trade Supplies is temporarily closed Thursday 6th, Friday 7th & possibly Saturday Morning the 8th due to Cyclone Alfred impacting the Gold Coast.
As the cyclone is now very slow moving the eye crossing might be late Friday so Saturday may well be impacted.
Deliveries should be delayed until Monday 10th, small packages may be left with our onsite caretakers call 0437 522 903 they do not have a forklift.
Our duty of care for our staff & customers is our No1 priority & our team are currently preparing their homes for the impact & storm surge that will follow.
Please stay safe out there, we are thinking of our customers who are nearly all boat owners, some of you will even be riding it out on anchor. Having been through a few personally, the sustained strong winds for 12 to 18hrs can get you down as it crosses overhead. You will need to be mentally prepared. The dangerous quadrant is the SW side.
